Scienter reconstructs what happened on public chains and shows its working. The transaction hashes are printed in full, the arithmetic is reproducible from them, and where a finding rests on somebody else’s attribution we say whose it is and what it does not establish.

We do not sell a prediction. There is no model here that claims to know which token will fail tomorrow, because we have not built a dataset honest enough to train one. That decision is written up in full, including the three model versions we built and refused to ship.

What the wallet behind a token launch did before: how many of its launches settled, and how many are still listed. Launches whose deployer had never had one survive were still listed at least a day later about once in every hundred and twenty-five, against about one in twenty-three for the rest. A negative screen, never a reason to buy, and the method and its limits are published.

A direct match against the published OFAC SDN list, and separately a bounded walk over the address’s real transfers. A delisted address is reported as delisted, never as sanctioned.

What we will not tell you
An empty result means not analysed, never nothing found.
No page on this site tells you an address is safe. When the engine has not checked something, the surface says so in those words rather than rendering a reassuring blank — and when a score would be computed from no observations at all, it is withheld instead of published.
The parts of the system that are built but not yet answering are listed by name, with their status, on the methodology page. So is everything that has never been measured.
